2 Ways to Repair Tesla Model 3 16V Battery Dead Low Voltage

Try use a self-made light to test the voltage,you found light off mean there is no voltage or enough voltage.

 

Open the cover

Use a multi-meter to test the voltage only 2V

Charge the battery

Wait the voltage up to about 16V

And the main plugs show the voltage is about 14V

Put the battery back to car to set it

 

Method 2:

If you find it still can not work,remove the PCB

And solder the wire

 

Then read out and save the original file,and write a new file into

Done.
