Procedures:
1.Remove the charge pressure switch.
2.Install special tool 380200015 in place of the charge pressure switch.
3.Install 27 bar( 300 lbf.in2) gauge 297167 using hose 292246 and quick release coupler 291924.
4.Install a 180 ltr/min flow meter between remote control valves 1 and 2. Ensure the inlet hose of the flow meter is installed into the extend port of valve No. 1.
Fully open the load valve on the flow meter.
Set the remote control valve flow control to 100 % flow.
5.Set the remote control valve lever No. 2 to the ‘Float’ position.
Set the remote control valve lever No. 1 to the ‘Extend’ position.
Start tractor and set engine speed to 1500 rev/min.
Models with SideWinder™
Set the remote control valve lever No. 2 to the ‘Float’ position.
Set the remote control valve lever No. 1 to the ‘Extend’ position.
Start tractor and set engine speed to 1500 rev/min.
6.Move the remote control valve lever No. 1 between ‘Extend’ and ‘Neutral’ position. The charge pressure readings should not vary outside 2.1 – 2.9 bar ( 30 – 42 lbf/in2).
If the pressure reading is below 2.1 bar ( 30 lbf/in2), replace the hydraulic oil filters and re-test.
If after re-test charge pressure is still below specification examine both the charge pressure filter dump valve and charge pressure valve before disassembling pump to inspect for wear.
