Reason:

DME internal fault, LIN bus transceiver is damaged.

Replace No. 1 on the right side of the picture below. TJA1020 chip, if there is a fault code DME internal fault SPI communication protocol fault, Replace the TJA1020 chip No. 2 on the left together.

PINNING:

RXD PIN 1

Receive data output (open-drain);active LOW after a wake-up event

 

NSLP PIN 2:

Sleep control input (active LOw);controls inhibit output; resets wake-up source flag on TXD and wake-up request on RXD

 

NWAKE PIN 3:

Local wake-up input (active LOW);negative edge triggered

 

TXD PIN4:

Transmit data input; active LOW output after a local wake-up event

 

GND PIN 5:

Ground

 

LIN PIN 6:

LIN bus line input/output

 

BAT PIN 7:

Battery supply

 

INH PIN 8

Battery related inhibit output for controlling an extemal voltage regulator;active HIGH after a wake-up event
