This article show you the guide on how to use Zed-Full immobilizer solution to program Fiat Egea keys by OBD.
Procedures:
Connect Zed-Full to Fiat Egea obd port
Enter menu to select “OBD Application”–>”Fiat”–>”Fiat EU”
Select “Immobiliser”,then press “Continue”
Select “Pre-coding chip”,click “Continue”
Only “BSI Type1” installed vehicles are supported.
BSI type can be checked from BSI label and it is as shown picture below
Select “Delphi Meg AES chip NEC MCU”
It need cost your credits,click “Yes” to continue
Turn ignition “ON”,then click ”Continue”
Please wait,it will cost about 2 minutes to proceed
Connection is successful.
Now Zed-Full show you with the vehicle immobilizer system info as below
Car VIN number,pin code and key ID(s) will be shown on Zed-Full screen
New key to be programmed must be pre-code first,click “Continue”
This step need cost credits,click “Yes” to continue
Put new key to be programmed to Zed-Full antenna and press “Continue” button
Now it will start pre-coding the transponder
Wait..it show you as below Pre-code written
Now we click “No” to exit transponder precoding procedure
Press “Continue” button to program precoded transponder to the vehicle
All non-programmed working keys will be erased from car memory irreversibly and can not be programmed again.Click “Continue”
Car has “2” working keys,we will add “1” key,so we enter “3” as total key quantity.
Working key was already on ignition and ignition was “ON”,press “Continue” button
First key is on ignition,press “Continue” button
Now put 2nd key to ignition and turn ignition on,then click “Continue”
Then Zed-Full prompt you to put 3rd key to ignition and turn ignition on,click “Continue” button
Now you have programmed 3 keys for your Fiat Egea.
Test 3 keys on your vehicle.
