This instruction show you guide on how to repair ISUZU N-series with 4JJ1 3.0L 2018 truck P02CE cylinder 2 fuel injector offset learning at minimum limit trouble.
The ECM monitors the crankshaft speed fluctuation of the cylinder which the small fuel quantity is injected. When the crankshaft speed fluctuation is greater than the expected acceleration, the system determines that the fuel quantity which is injected into the cylinder is more than the expectation and adjusts the injection energizing time until the crankshaft speed fluctuation becomes equal in the expectation. On the other hand, if the crankshaft speed fluctuation is less than the expected acceleration, the system determines that the fuel quantity which is injected into the cylinder is less than the expectation and adjusted the injection energizing time until the crankshaft speed fluctuation becomes equal in the expectation. If the adjusted the injection energizing time is less than the threshold or the deviation of acceleration in crankshaft speed from expected acceleration is less than the predetermined range, this DTC will set.

P0087,P0088,P0089,P008F,P0093,P0112,P0113,P0117,P0118,P0182,P0183,P0191,P0192,P0193,P0201,P0202,P0203,P0204,P0237,P0238,P0261,P0262,P0264,P0265,P0267,P0268,P0270,PO271,P0300,P0301,P0302, P0303,P0304,P0335,P0336, P0401, P0402, P0404, P042E,PO562, P0563, P062F,PO641,P0651,P0697, P06AF,P1094,P1096, P111D,P111E, P2146,P2149,P2227,P2228,P2229 and P2293 are not set.
2 The battery voltage is more than 10 volts.
3 The ignition switch is ON.
4 The vehicle is coast condition.
5 The intake air temperature is more than -22°(-30C).
6 The fuel temperature is between25 to 158F (-4 to 70°C).
7 The boost pressure is more than 10.6 psi (73.5 kPa).
8 The coolant temperature is more than 167°(75°℃).
9 The engine speed is between 1100 to 2430 RPM.
10 The fuel injection quantity is less than 1 mm3/st.
11 The accelerator pedal position is less than 30%.
12 The transmission lock-up is ON.
13 The transmission gear position is above 4th.
CONDITION FOR SETTING DTC:
The ECM detects that the adjusted injection energizing time is less than the threshold or the deviation of acceleration in crankshaft speed from expected acceleration is less than the predetermined range.
ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS:
1 The ECM illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) when the diagnostic runs and fails.
2The ECM records the operating conditions at the time the diagnostic fails. The ECM stores this information in the Freeze Frame/ Failure Records.
The ECM Apply Defaulted Warning Action And Fail-Safe Controls:
1.MIL: ON
1The ECM turns OFF the MIL after 3 consecutive driving cycles when the diagnostic runs and does not fail.
CONDITION FOR CLEARING THE DTC:
3 A history DTC clears after 40 consecutive warm-up cycles, if no failures are reported after the ECM turns OFF the MIL.
2 A current DTC clears when the diagnostic runs and passes.
4 Use the diagnostic tool to clear the MIL and the DTC.
