This article show procedure and tips on Opel SDM programming by OPCOM.Note, most airbag modules are programmable only once! Read this programming manual carefully.
Preparations:

Corsa D
The SDM module is part of the Corsa-D immobilizer-system and the car will not start until
SDM module has been matched.
When the configuration is programmed and the error codes are cleared, the error code light
should still be flashing, and the following code is stored:
B1001 : 46 airbag module not locked
If you find other codes, investigate whether to configuration is wrong or there is still a fault
on the vehicle
Note:
After locking the SDM module the configuration can not be changed. Only the seat belt
warning indicator can now be put on or off.
Astra H / Zafira B
When the configuration is programmed and the error codes are cleared, the error code light
should still be flashing, and the following code is stored:
B1001: 46 not locked airbag module
If you find other codes, investigate whether the configuration is wrong or there is still a fault
on the vehicle
Note:

Vectra C / Signum
If no other codes are found lock of the SDM module.
