Program Audi A6L 2015 Smart Key 5th IMMO All Key Lost

It is a technical challenge for a auto locksmith to program new key for Audi A6L which equips VW Audi 5^th immobilizer system.I shared a guide before on article:VW Touareg 2013 5th IMMO All Key Lost to introduce how to program new key for Touareg 2013.But BCM2 of Audi A6L 2015 is encrypted,you can to read out data from it.So I write this guide here and hope it helps!(2010-2013.06 Audi A6L BCM2 is not encrypted,its all key lost guide is the same as VW Touareg 2013).

Device:

• OBD Terminator Key Programmer.
• OEM Orange5 (Read BCM2 data and ELV data).
• ODIS(Online Program BCM2)
• TM100 Key Programmer(Modify auto key ID)

Operation Procedures:

Step 1:Replace BCM2

You can use programmer to read out BCM2 data,because BCM2 of 2013.06– Audi 5^th IMMO is encrypted.So you need to find a BCM2 unencrypted to repalce the old encrypted BCM2 on car.Then use ODIS to online program for this new BCM2 encrypted,it mean older BCM2 data will load in new one by original factory server.After finishing online program,you can use Orange5 progammer to read data out.

Note:Generally,Audi 5th immobilizer BCM2 is unencrypted,so you can read out data directly.If you find can read data out,skip step 1.

 

Step 2:Read out BCM2 data.

Disassemble BCM2,read out BCM2 P-FLASH,D-FLASH and ELV data.

Step 3:Write Key ID into BCM2

Open OBD Terminator Software,select “IMMO”—>select “Audi A4/A5/Q5”,then load BCM data read in step2—>click “continue”

Then click “IMMO info” to check vehicle order,select “key 1” —>click “generated key”

It will generate a new dealer key and OBD Terminator will generate a new D-FLASH data,you need write new D-FLASH back to BCM2,P-FLASH no need.Then assemble BCM2 back on Audi A6L.This dearler key can neither light dashboard on nor start engine.

Step 4:Write cipher into new key.

Open OBD Terminator software,select “Audi A6/A7/A8/Touareg”,load BCM2 data and ELV data.

After loading,it show “If there were any file saved before”–>click “No”

Terminator software show “If key can light dashboard on”–>click “No”

After it will show “Put key into programmer coil”

Click “Confirm” to start programming key.

After programming successfully,Terminator software show”If key can light dashboard on”.Test key,if it can click “Confirm”,reprogramming it if can not.

Note:All key lost mode need OBD Terminator to gather interior CAN data,if you have gathered click “Confirm”.If haven’t click “Not”.

This time you will find the key can light dashboard on,but still can not start engine.

Note:If you use key to light dashboard on,OBD Terminator show you to gather interior CAN data,click “Not ” to gather CAN data.

 

Step 5”Gather CAN interior data.

Use new key to light dashboard on,and connect interior CAN network(OBD 6^th pin to CAN-H,and 14^th to CAN-L),it will take 3mins to gather interior CAN data.((If you need the CAN wiring diagram,pls contact FLY company engineer)

Step 6:Write ISK into new key.

After finishing interior CAN data gathered,save data then it will decode 32-bit ISK,keep network unblocked.It will take one hour to decode ISK.After finishing online decode and you get ISK,click to save it.Softeware show hint to put new key generated above into program coil.Wait for finishing of programing key,then the key can start engine,and you have completed Programming for Audi A6L 2015 All Key Lost.
