Error identification

Fault in CAN communication.

 

Cause

Fault in external cable harness, the control unit for the auxiliary heater, the control unit for the CTS or other control unit on the green CAN bus.

 

Notes

The auxiliary heater is working correctly.

 

Action

Check the cable harness and connectors.

Check other control units on the green CAN bus using Scania diagnostics.

Clear the fault code and test run the auxiliary heater and vehicle.
