Volvo VOCOM 88890300 Diagnostic Kit
Procedures:
1.Place the machine in service position A
2.Turn off the battery disconnect switch
3.Remove the engine hood rear cover.
4.Remove the hose.
5.Remove the bracket and disconnect the CNEI connector.
6.Remove the screws from the wire harness clamps, and disconnect the wire harness connectors from ECM.
7.Remove the screws fixing the fuel pipe and ECM.
Put the fuel pipe away.
8.Remove the 4 screws fixing the ECM and replace the ECM.
9.Install the fuel pipe, and screws.
Connect wire harness connectors to the ECM, and install wire harness clamp screws.
10.Install the bracket and connect the CNEI connector.
Install the air hose.
11.Install the engine hood rear cover.
12.Turn on the voltage with the battery disconnect switch.
13.Connect the Tech tool and perform the operation 17030-3 Parameter, programming. Change the parameter if needed.
14.Perform operation ‘25920-3 Exhaust aftertreatment system service regeneration’ and run a service regeneration to ensure the actual soot level in the DPF.
15.Start the machine and check that no error messages appear.
